This notice covers the appointment booking and Local Lens business listing services operated by ReignMakerAI, with Kurt Howard as the business contact. North is the branding used for Kurt Howard’s North appointment services.

Information collected

When you book, we collect the contact and business details you submit: name, email, phone, business name and address, website, appointment preferences, notes, and communication choices. We also retain appointment status, meeting links, and timestamps documenting your consent. A salted hash of the visitor IP address is used for daily booking limits; the app does not store the raw IP in booking records.

How information is used

We use these details to identify your business, schedule and manage appointments, provide requested technology reviews, communicate about appointments, and maintain related business records. Optional marketing SMS consent and promotional email preferences are separate from appointment text consent. This service does not enroll you in marketing simply because you book.

Service providers

Data is processed by providers needed to operate the service, including the hosting platform, Google Firebase, Google Calendar and Meet, Zoom when selected and connected, Resend for enabled email notifications, and Twilio when text messaging is activated. Business address ZIP lookup is provided through Zippopotam.us; only the entered ZIP is sent for that lookup. Providers receive information necessary for their function.

SMS consent and mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared for others’ marketing. Necessary service providers may process this information solely to deliver and manage our messaging program. This SMS restriction applies regardless of any other sharing language in this notice.

Your choices

SMS enrollment is optional. Once messaging is activated, reply STOP to (877) 665-3606 to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also request withdrawal of consent by emailing kurt@reignmakerai.com. Leaving text consent unchecked does not prevent booking. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your records, subject to records we need to retain for service, security or applicable obligations.

Storage and retention

Appointment and communication records are stored in our service databases and retained for appointment management, follow-up, security and business recordkeeping. Access to calendar administration is restricted to the owner account. We use server-side credentials and encrypted secret storage for connected services. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Local Lens business listings

Business-owner access uses mobile verification codes sent through Twilio Verify. We store the verified mobile number, an account identifier and a server-side sign-in session with claim requests, roles, confirmation notes and optional private contact details you provide. Sign-in codes are separate from appointment and marketing texts; requesting a sign-in code does not enroll you in those programs. These requests and account details stay private to the requester and authorized administrators. Public listings contain business profile information approved for publication, including the business name, address, public business phone, website, description, category and images. Approved claim status may be displayed publicly; approval does not publish your verified mobile number or private confirmation notes. Owners submit profile changes for review before publication. New listings and ownership access also require review. A listing claim does not create marketing consent. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or payment details in requests. Contact us to correct, withdraw or request deletion of listing or account information.
