Google Calendar

Connect and verify creates a temporary event in the selected Google Calendar, then removes it. No guests are invited. New bookings, reschedules, and cancellations will sync from this app; Google busy times will block bookings.
Changes made directly in Google block availability but do not update the appointment details stored in this app.
Automatic video meetings
Connect your host accounts to create a separate meeting for each video review. Google connects to the selected North calendar and generates Meet links. Zoom creates scheduled meetings with a waiting room.

Authorization opens on the provider’s website. Passwords and authorization codes never need to be pasted into this app. Existing reusable rooms remain available until automatic hosting is connected. Zoom meetings update when rescheduled and are deleted when cancelled. Cancelling a Meet booking removes the calendar event; the Meet room itself may remain valid.
One-time developer app registration
Both providers first need an OAuth application registered to this calendar app. Client credentials are saved as encrypted runtime secrets, never in the page.
Google: In project reignmakerai-crm, enable Calendar API, configure the OAuth consent screen, add your host email as a test user if needed, then create an OAuth client of type Web application.
Permissions: calendar.events and calendar.readonly. Runtime secret names: GOOGLE_MEET_CLIENT_ID and GOOGLE_MEET_CLIENT_SECRET.
Zoom: Create a user-managed General OAuth app for your own account. Add meeting:write:meeting, meeting:update:meeting and meeting:delete:meeting scopes. Add this redirect URI and allowlist the calendar site origin.
Runtime secret names: ZOOM_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID and ZOOM_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET. Keep development/production credentials and redirect configuration consistent.

Optional fallback: use your existing guest join links for video reviews. Links are shown only after a booking is saved, and included in calendar downloads and Google Calendar events. A connected host account takes priority and creates a unique meeting instead.

Only new appointment events with explicit appointment SMS consent are eligible. Existing bookings are not automatically texted. Marketing consent is stored separately; nurture sequences and scheduled reminders are not activated here.
Twilio connection details
Configure TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID and TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN as encrypted runtime secrets. Once Twilio approves the toll-free number, confirm approval through the TWILIO_SMS_APPROVED runtime setting before enabling sending.
Incoming messages webhook (HTTP POST):
Twilio/carrier handles its standard STOP, START, and HELP replies. Forwarded replies are saved below. STOP also blocks local sending when received. START does not automatically restore local consent; contact Kurt for assistance.
